1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Loan pro india (“the Agency”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the Applicant (“you” or “the Client”) for the purpose of providing loan processing and related assistance services.
By submitting your loan application and paying the processing fee, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
The Agency provides assistance in:
Collecting and reviewing loan application documents.
Assessing basic eligibility as per lender requirements.
Forwarding the application to banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions partnered with the Agency.
Facilitating communication between the Applicant and the Lender during processing.
Note: The Agency is not a lender and does not guarantee loan approval, sanction, or disbursal.
3. Processing Fee
A non-refundable processing fee of INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) is payable at the time of application submission.
The fee covers administrative and document verification costs incurred by the Agency.
The fee will not be refunded, regardless of the outcome of the loan application (approval, rejection or withdrawal).
4. No Guarantee Clause
The Agency does not guarantee:
Approval or sanction of the loan by any lender.
Specific loan amounts, interest rates, or terms.
Timeframes for processing or disbursal, as these depend on the respective lender’s policies.
5. Applicant’s Responsibility
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
Cooperate in verification, tele-verification, and due diligence processes.
Understand that submission of false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application without refund.
6. Confidentiality
The Agency will maintain the confidentiality of your personal and financial information, except where disclosure is required to process your loan application or as mandated by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Agency shall not be liable for:
Any loss, damage, or delay resulting from actions or decisions of lenders or third parties.
Rejection of applications or discrepancies arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
The Agency’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the amount of the processing fee paid.
8. Refund Policy
The processing fee of INR 500/- is strictly non-refundable, under all circumstances, including but not limited to loan rejection, withdrawal or change of mind.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore Karnataka
10. Acceptance
By paying the processing fee and submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
